local PD

I normally don't work local NYPD. I've been doing more Federal and INTL type of work for a long time.
However, last night I was dreaming I was in like Long Island and we were doing a Sting Operation about running guns into York. One of the guys on my team was mad because he's not local. He's Federal. He was po'ed to be doing a local sting operation.
We have the profile on the perp. He's a fugitive.
